VENUE RENTAL FEE:

$3,000

All rental fees are based on a 1 Hour Rehearsal or 1  Hour Set Up, 4 Hours Event Time, 1 Hour Breakdown.  Additional access time may be available at $150 per hour before midnight or $300 after midnight.

1ST DEPOSIT TO RESERVE DATE:

REFUNDABLE INCIDENTALS & DAMAGES DEPOSIT:

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

To secure your reserved event date on our calendar, a deposit of $500 of the rental rate is due at the time of the reservation, along with a signed copy of the rental agreement.

A $250 refundable incidentals & damages deposit will also be applied to the venue rental total fee

We offer scheduled payment plan arrangements with the final payment of the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the event.

Holidays accepts payments in the form of Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Cash, Checks or Credit Card. A 3% administration fee is applied to all credit card transactions. Checks may be made payable to Holidays Events.
