Seats Up to 100 Guests | Standing/Cocktail Up to 150 Guests
All rental fees are based on 6 hours of time. Additional access time be available at $150 per hour. Venue closes no later than 1:00am
Any hours that are un-used will NOT BE REFUNDED!
To secure your reserved event date on our calendar, a deposit of $500 of the rental rate is due at the time of the reservation, along with a signed copy of the rental agreement.
A $250 refundable incidentals & damages deposit will also be applied to the venue rental total fee
We offer scheduled payment plan arrangements with the final payment of the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the event.
Holidays accepts payments in the form of Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Cash, Checks or Credit Card. A 3% administration fee is applied to all credit card transactions. Checks may be made payable to Holidays Events.
